Questions to ask Your Loughborough Estate Agent
When choosing an estate agent to sell your home in Loughborough or Charnwood, to whom you will pay a significant amount of money in commission, there are several questions you should ask to satisfy yourself that the agent you are choosing is the correct one for you.
Are You Local to Loughborough?
So how does one go about choosing an estate agent? As a potential client you will fall into one of two categories - local or not local to Loughborough or Charnwood.

Being local to Loughborough is a gigantic benefit. You may well have had earlier experience of an agent in your local High Street, and can check for their sales boards and see their local adverts.
