Had real problems with 02.
Changed my package details with 02 through customer services, all in writing by email.
Anyway, they messed up leaving me with a massive telephone bill (£700). I complained naturally.
They didn\'t disagree with the contents of the email, however said that the customer service person shouldn\'t have done what they did.
That said, although the evidence of the email proved it was their fuck up, they refused to refund all of the money.
Never going to use 02 ever again
