Also many techniques and methods as used by close protection personnel and the special forces. Weapons used and taught. The aim of the class is to provide the student with the necessary information along with the skills needed to be effective in self protection this is achieved in a relaxed yet exciting and entertaining way. The class is open to anyone, men and women from the total novice to experienced martial artists, instructors, security personnel and door staff welcome. Due to the nature of what is taught, only person over the age of 18 please. |
