VERY POOR. I GOT RIPPED OFF BADLY OVERCHARGED ME AND I ONLY WENT IN TO ASK ABOUT A PROBLEM THEN THEY OPEN THE CAR UP AND SAID IT WOULD COST TO PUT IT BACK OR I'D HAVE TO HAVE THE WORK DONE!!!
STUPIDLY I COULD NOT SAY NO AND PAID ALMOST DOUBLE WHEN I COMPARED THE PRICE TO OTHER GARAGES!

Good old fashioned service
I had a minor problem opening my tailgate -problem sorted in 5 mins -
'no charge sir' -you dont hear that often these days and God knows what Sytner would have charged

I have no idea what gary is talking about, i just got my bmw 1 series back and i couldnt speak highly enough of the service, some one had run over my car and the roof was badly dented, BMW wanted over £2000 and a new roof, ford main dealer just opposite wanted £1100, vijay and his boys took the job on, were unbelievably speedy and the roof looks fantastic, and were very helpful and polite, really cant speak highly enough of them.
