Charnwood Borough Council residents who want to improve their health have the opportunity to participate in local conservation activities. The scheme offers those who currently do little or no activity a chance to participate in outdoor physical activity under the guidance of trained instructors. CBC are providing this activity in partnership with the Environmental Charity Environ. The activities will be tailored to individuals level of fitness and confidence, beginning with gentle tasks and gradually building up to more challenging activities. Participants could be planting trees to clearing out a pond.
