| The British Heart Foundation (BHF) is the leading national charity concerned with heart disease. One of the ways the Charity functions is through local branches and the Shepshed Branch is one such branch. Funds are raised by donations and sponsorships from individuals and local organisations, donations in memory of friends and relatives, charity stalls and supermarket collections etc. In the last financial year (2005-06) the total raised was £8,250. New members are welcome to help with activities and contribute new ideas for fund raising. |
