I ended up having to order a Rainbows outfit twice and was told they would call when in stock. They never did. Tried calling numerous times but no-one answered the phone so we took our business elsewhere

I orded a rugby shirt for my son as they did not have his size in stock. I'm still waiting for the phone call they promised me when in stock 8 months later. I will not be taking my custom there anymore. I have recently found a shop in Barrow-upon soar called example that makes all the school uniforms,and is so much cheaper then the high street prices.

I found them very unhelpful when I recently went in to buy a school top for my son. I was told that they were expecting stock in two weeks ago.WhenI asked when they would be expecting it to arrive they just shrugged. I have tried calling numerous times and in the less busy periods to no avail. If i could buy it elsewhere I would.

Twice we have tried to order polo shirts took our telephone number and said they would ring but never did hopeless customer service.

i didnt find a cardigan for my daughter they said reserve a cardigan and i did took our telephone and still hasnt called for 4 weeks

I ordered at the school 9 weeks ago the girls fleece for Harry Carlton I am waiting for a Joss Cheatle (head office of the Cheatle group) to come back to me today for his explanation!!.will advise further.......

I am surprised to read such negative reviews as I have been buying my children's uniform from there for years (have 3 children) and have never had an issue.

recently purchased my daughters rainbow uniform from the shop only having to order the cap as it was out of stock. I was told the cap will be ordered in from another one of their shops. it arrived and I was contacted within 3 days. extremely satisfied

I have used this shop for school and scout uniform for many years, and have always been delighted with the service. If the goods are not in stock (and dont leave it to th elast minute expecting a small shop to sell avery available size for every local school!) then they are ordered in, with a phone call when promised on their arrival, or in one case free postage to my home. I have always been delighted with the service, and use again and again.
