Hanging baskets stolen from gardens in Loughborough

hanging basketOfficers are appealing for witnesses after a number of thefts on Garendon Green in Loughborough.

The incidents happened between 7pm on Friday June 15 and 2pm on Saturday June 16, 2007 when hanging baskets from the front gardens of several properties were stolen by thieves.

A wheelie bin was also stolen from one property.

PCSO Danielle Bevan from Loughborough local policing unit said: "The residents of Garendon Green have been left considerably upset by these thefts and are very keen for the return of their property.

"Were appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incidents or has any information as to who was responsible to please come forward and speak to us."

Anyone with any information is asked to contact PCSO 6050 Danielle Bevan at Loughborough LPU on 0116 222 2222, follow the instructions to leave a message for a police officer and when prompted key in the officers identification number 6050.
