Raising money for Rainbows

presentation of cheque from chairty concert in loughborough for the benefit of rainbowsLast month a concert took place, given by Jane Bevan (flute), Philippa Jones (cello) and Maurice Hodges (piano) in the Music School of Loughborough Endowed Schools. 

Music by Haydn, Debussy, Martinu and Grieg was played and the evening was a great success.

The evening raised £340 for Rainbows Hospice. 

Rainbows Childrens Hospice is located in Loughborough, Leicestershire on the edge of the Charnwood Forest. They are the childrens hospice for the East Midlands and South Yorkshire providing respite, palliative and terminal care to families that include a child with a life limiting illness.
