leicestershire police carThere are even more reasons to Go Learn! in Leicestershire this autumn with a special discount offer available.

The County Councils new Go Learn! brochure has been landing on doormats across Leicestershire and features details of over 1,400 courses on offer at 50 venues.

There are still places available but they are filling up fast thanks to a special offer enabling residents to take part in both a leisure and a qualification course and receive a 20 discount. Both courses must cost 35 or more.

A huge variety of courses is available ranging from languages to how to use a computer more effectively and from astronomy to Bollywood dancing.

People can sign up at the touch of a button by calling the new, freephone number - 0800 988 0308 - where information and advice is available about all courses offered. Lines are open Monday-Friday 10am until 8pm until 14th September.

Peter Sapsford, Principal Adult Learning Officer for the County Council, said: "Now is the time for everyone to treat themselves with a new academic year resolution, learning something new whether its for work, personal development or for fun.

Brochures are available by calling 0800 988 0308, from libraries (e.g. Loughborough library in Granby Street), adult learning centres and community centres or emailing adultlearning@leics.gov.uk with address details.
