donna allen and sabrina bullardWhen the dastardly duo, Bullard and Allen, last appeared in court they were told by the presiding judge that if they breached the injunction (ASBI) that banned them from entering 7 towns and villages across the Borough of Charnwood, including Loughborough "you can be sure of the maximum sentence (2 years).

At that time Sabrina Bullard (aka KELLY) and Donna ALLEN were given a four month jail sentence for the breach of the terms of the order restricting their movements. They had been arrested in Victoria Street in Loughborough just days after the court ordered that they not enter the area. Charnwood Borough Council said at the time that on the duos release they would take action to ensure that local residents knew of the restriction that was in place, principally the duo not being allowed back into the area until 6pm on 20th July 2008.

Bullard and Allen were released from custody on 14th September 2007 after completing half their jail term and Charnwood Council is making good their promise to take action to ensure that they dont return to the area before they are legally entitled to. Leaflets have been printed and are being distributed which features pictures of the two and also the areas they cannot enter. People are asked to phone Leicestershire Constabulary if they see the two in the prohibited areas which cover Loughborough, Shepshed, Mountsorrel, Quorn,Barrow upon Soar,  Syston and Sileby .
