chef preparing vegetablesWe reported a while ago on the star scheme which was being implemented throughout the Borough to rate how well food establishments came up to scratch on their food hygiene.

We have been looking at the results to bring your news of the best and worst places in Loughborough, be it cafes, restaurants or take away establishments.

The Best Places

These places were viewed by inspectors at their last visit to show a good level of legal compliance, and the only issues raised, if any, were minor
