Murder in Ling Road

Three people are today in police custody after the discovery of a mans body at a house in Loughborough.
Police were alerted to the incident at the house on Ling Road which is on the Shelthorpe Estate shortly after 9pm yesterday evening (23rd October 2007). There they found the body of a. He was declared dead at the scene and a investigation into his murder is now underway.
Two men aged 45 and 41 together with a 54yr old women have been arrested in relation to the crime and are currently in custody where they will be questioned by police detectives to ascertain what occurred at the scene of the crime.
The Ling Road house has been cordoned off which investigations are carried out. These are to allow for forensic examination. Police today have been carrying out house to house enquiries. Meanwhile a post mortem of the body has been undertaken.
