Burglary In Town Centre

criminalPolice in Loughborough are appealing for information following a burglary at a house in Loughborough town centre. 

The incident happened at around 5pm on Sunday October 28 when a young woman was seen leaving a property on Blackbrook Road.  A Primark carrier bag containing a number of items of clothing and a Sony Cybershot digital camera were later discovered stolen from one of the bedrooms.  The suspect is described as white, in her late teens to early twenties, around 52" tall and of slim build. She had medium length brown hair tied down in a ponytail and was wearing a red vest and tight white trousers or jeans.

P.C. Dean Brewin from Loughborough Local Policing Unit said: "We are appealing for anyone who may have seen some suspicious activity that could be linked to this incident to please get in touch. If you have any information about the burglary or know who is responsible, I would urge you to make contact as even the smallest of details could assist with our enquiries."
