Join performance poet Mark Gwynne Jones to explore your surroundings through poetry and walking. The session will take as its starting point ‘Off the Beaten Track’ a walk recently created by Mark and commissioned by Radar. Performed at last weekends ROAM festival ‘Off the Beaten Track’ offered a new perspective on the landscape of Loughborough, through observations delivered by Mark in the places that inspired him.
His style of writing and performing is unique and no-one who has heard him will forget the experience… ... Not just a wild performer but an artist-poet who takes an intelligent and thoughtful look at the world.. The Fringe
