Leicestershire Trading Standards Web Site
Posted on 17/06/2008
J. Milton
Leicestershire Trading Standards website is getting a brand new look and you are invited to make suggestions for what you want to see on it.
We take the views of consumers and businesses seriously and we are constantly trying to meet your needs.
What is important to you and what information do you want? Do you want to know your rights as a shopper or what laws your business needs to comply with? Do you want to know what our officers are doing to protect you and those you care about?
Please help us by taking a few moments to tell us your views about the Trading Standards’ website. We would like to know if there are things you particularly like about it and how you think we could improve it.
David Bull Head of Leicestershire County Council Trading Standards Service said “ We are always looking for ways of improving our services to Leicestershire residents and businesses. This is an opportunity for you to have your say and to help us to ensure our website continues to provide the information you need.”
To take part in the consultation, please complete the online form by following the link from the Trading Standards homepage: www.leics.gov.uk/trading-standards.htm.
The consultation will run until Friday 25th July and the new website will be launched in the autumn.
