Loughborough MP makes available Information for the disabled
Posted on 01/08/2008

Loughborough MP Andy Reed is making available new public information leaflets for the disabled and carers.
The new public Information Leaflet “Do you, or someone you care about, need help in everyday living?” is written in an easily readable manner by the Local Government Association (LGA). The leaflet is designed to give the disabled, elderly and carers’ simple and straightforward information on where they can receive help and practical support.
Reed stated “I am acutely aware that the disabled and carers’ often face a double disadvantage as it can be so bewildering for them finding out where exactly help can be obtained from”. He added “having looked through the new leaflets I am sure they will be very helpful”.
Reed is making the leaflets available at his Constituency Office for anyone who wants to pick them up at 21 Fennel Street, Loughborough, or by telephoning Loughborough (01509) 261226.
