Man indecently exposes himself in Loughborough
Posted on 30/07/08

Officers are appealing for witnesses after a man indecently exposed him to a teenage girl in Loughborough.
The incident happened between 2.15pm and 2.25pm on Thursday July 24, 2008 as the 15-year-old victim was walking along Hospital Way footpath towards Cumberland Road.
She heard a noise in the bushes behind her and saw a man who was completely naked except for his shoes and socks.
The man quickly got dressed and ran off along Cumberland Road towards Ashby Road.
He is described as white, around 5'5" tall and of slim build. He has short blond hair and was wearing rectangular glasses. He was wearing a red football style shirt with white stripes down the sides, blue workmen style trousers with reflective stripes around the bottom and black trainers. He also had a black and white rucksack on his back.
PC Glen Reid, who is investigating the incident, said: "Although the girl was not injured, she was left very shocked and upset by the incident.
"I would appeal to anyone who witnessed the incident to contact us. I'd also be interested to hear from anyone else who was in the area and saw a man in similar circumstances.
"If you know his identity or witnessed the incident, please get in touch."
Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact PC 2061 Glen Reid on 0116 222 2222, follow the instructions to leave a message for a police officer and when prompted key in the officers identification number 2061.
