FLY-TIPPERS are being warned they will not get away with illegally dumping rubbish in Charnwood after the Borough Council successfully gained its second prosecution in a week. Dean Stewart, of Churchgate, Old School Lane, Bagworth, pleaded guilty to two counts of contravening section 33 of the Environment Protection Act 1990 when he appeared at Leicester City Magistrates Court.
