Kids cricket and football courses in Loughborough from February
Loughborough University is inviting budding young sportspeople onto campus to take part in its exciting cricket and football courses this February.
The Universitys next series of popular courses start next month and are run for children aged 5-14 years (football) and 8-16 years (cricket). The tailored courses make the most of the world-class facilities on offer at Loughborough, and give children of all ages and abilities the opportunity to learn new skills and improve their play.
The cricket course is hosted at the National Cricket Centre where youngsters train at the same facility used by many of Englands top cricket stars. The course costs 60 for six weeks and runs from 5-7pm for consecutive Sundays from 10 February.
Football kicks off on Saturday 23 February and takes place on the Universitys Sporturf all-weather pitch. The course costs 24 and runs each Saturday from 9-11am for a four-week block.
Courses are run by fully qualified coaches who are all CRB approved and all equipment is provided.
