Loughborough Student wins top award at London ceremony

Loughborough University Business School student Davina Jones has received a national award for her work in training home care staff.

She was presented with the Home Care Trainer Award 2008 at the Ceretas National Home Care Awards, held in London.

Sponsored by The Royal Bank of Scotland, the Ceretas awards aim to promote best practice within home care and pay tribute to individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within their field of work.

The Home Care Trainer Award acknowledges the importance of the role of the trainer within the home care sector. It recognises the person who has shown incredible enthusiasm and determination in identifying the training and development needs of home care staff.
