Man charged following incident in Loughborough

Police have charged a 44-year-old man today (Thursday 12 March) with possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.

The charges are in connection with an incident that happened at around 7:20pm on Wednesday 11 March on Market Street, Loughborough.

He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Loughborough Magistrates Court tomorrow morning (Friday 13 March).
