Police are appealing for witnesses after an incident of criminal damage in Barwell.

The incident happened at around 9.05pm yesterday evening (Monday April 20, 2009) between when a brick was thrown through the front window of a house on The Close.

PC Kate Cheney, who is investigating the incident, said: "Were you in the area at the time of the incident? Did you see anyone acting suspiciously? If so we want to hear from you. Any information could help us with our enquiries so please get in touch."
