Charges made in connection with murder investigation

Detectives fromLeicestershire Constabularyand the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit and who have been investigating the murder of 49-year-old Jeffrey Howe since March 22 can today confirm that the two people arrested in connection with his murder have now been charged.

Stephen Thomas Marshall, 37, from Ayot Path in Borehamwood has been charged with murder.

Sarah Bush, 20, from Pickard Close in London, has been charged with murder.

Both will appear before Stevenage Magistrates Court tomorrow morning (Saturday, April 25.)
