Missing 2-year-old child found safe and well

A missing two-year-old child who was reported missing earlier today has since returned home safe and well.

The girl was reported missing at around 1.05pm today (Tuesday May 12, 2009) at a house on Drummond Road in the Beaumont Leys area where she was with a relative.

Early indications appear the child was being looked after by anotherrelative.

Officers would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance.
