House burglary in Medbourne

Police are appealing for witnesses after a burglary at a home in Medbourne.

The incident happened between 12.30am and 3am on Sunday May 17, 2009 when a property was burgled on the Old Green.

Thieves broke in through a downstairs window and stole an ornament of a large bird.

PC Claire Murray, from Market Harborough local policing unit, said: We would appeal to anyone in the Old Green area to cast their minds back to Sunday and, if they remember anything suspicious, to please get in touch.
