Police are appealing for witnesses following the report of a burglary at a property in Barrow upon Soar.

The incident happened at around 12.30pm on Sunday June 21, when a business premises on Sileby Road was broken into. 

Suspects gained entry to the property by pulling a window to the front of the property off of its hinges.

Taken from the property was a Hewlett Packard computer base, keyboard and a VDU monitor.

PC Tony Fairclough, the officer investigating the incident, said: “We are hoping that by releasing this information anyone with information will contact us.

“Was you in the area at the time of the incident? Can you remember seeing anyone acting suspiciously? Do you know anyone who has recently gained items similar to those above in suspicious circumstances? Any information you have, we want to hear.”
