Customer Satisfaction Is Above the National Average for Charnwood

Almost 10,000 residents across Leicestershire and Leicester have given their views on services provided by their local councils, the police and NHS.
In Charnwood overall customer satisfaction with Charnwood Borough Council has increased to 4% above the national average.
A greater number of people feel they are treated fairly by local services which is 5.6% higher than the national average.
85% are satisfied with the local area as a place to live which is an increase of 12% from the previous survey (2006).
Doorstep recycling is also thriving in Charnwood with an 8% above the national average satisfaction figure.
