Police are re-appealing for witnesses following the report of a youth indecently exposing himself to a woman in Hinckley.

The first incident happened at around 2.50pm on Monday May 18 when the youth exposed himself to the 49-year-old victim in the Narrow alley way approaching John Street.

The second incident happened at around 2.55pm on Monday June 1, and involved the same victim. The victim was again walking along the Narrow when she saw the youth indecently exposing himself.

The youth is described as white, aged between 16 to 17-years-old, around 6ft tall and of a slim build. He had short dark hair, was wearing black rimmed glasses and a back- pack.

PC David O’Sullivan, the officer investigating the incident, said: “Despite our appeal, we are still no closer to identifying the man responsible.

“We would like to ask people to think do you know the man described? Have you also been subjected to an exposure by this man?

“Any information you have could help us we would urge you to get in touch with.”
