Police are appealing for witnesses after a burglary at a factory in Belgrave.

The incident happened in Ross Walk at around 8.30am on Sunday, July 19 when the suspects forced entry into the premises.

Items taken include 1,600 pairs of jeans made for C and A.

PC Austin Jackson, who is investigating the incident said: “We would like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident and saw anything suspicious.

“Because of the quantity of property that was stolen it is likely the suspects used some sort of vehicle and we would appeal to anyone who saw a vehicle in the area at the time in question to get in touch.

“The stolen jeans will have price on in Euros and the label will have C and A written on it.

“If anyone is offered a pair of jean that match this description then please get in touch. Also, if you find any items matching this description which have been dumped please let us know.”
