Witness appeal following altercation on Topcliffe Walk
Police are appealing for witnesses following an altercation Topcliffe Walk in Leicester.
The incident happened at about 11pm on Sunday June 28, 2009, when an altercation broke out between a group of youths in the street.
A 30-year-old man, who had tried to intervene, was injured during the incident.
He was later taken to the Leicester Royal Infirmary for treatment to a broken arm.
PC Pete Daniels, who is investigating the incident, said: “Did you witness an altercation on Topcliffe Walk on the above date? Do you know any of the individuals involved? If so, then please contact me.
“We are looking to gain as much information about this incident as possible. I would appeal to anybody who saw what happened to come forward.”
