Arrest following discovery of man's body
Detectives are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding a Leicester man’s death.
Officers were called to DeMontfort House in Oxford Street, Leicester at around 7am this morning (Thursday July 30) after reports that a man’s body could be seen trapped in a window on the seventh floor.
The man has now been formally identified as 36-year-old Michael Lee Graves from DeMontfort House. A post mortem examination is due to take place on Friday July 30.
Officers have been conducting house to house enquiries and the scene remains cordoned off to allow for forensic examinations to continue.
A 44-year-old Leicester man was arrested tonight on suspicion of manslaughter and is currently in police custody.
