Three people have been arrested on suspicion of possessing drugs with intent to supply Class A drugs.

It follows a search of a house in Juno Close, Glenfield, on Friday, 7 August. Quantities of cocaine and Ecstasy were seized.

Two men aged 46 and 38, and a 39-year-old woman, have been released on bail while police carry out further investigations. They are due to report to police again in the middle of October.

Inspector Jon Brown, local policing unitcommander for Blaby, said: This operation was part of our ongoing work to target those who deal in illegal drugs.

Members of the local community should be reassured that we take these offences extremely seriously.

I would ask members of the public to help us combat illegal drugs by reporting any suspicious activity to Leicestershire Constabulary on 0116 222 2222, or through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
