Death Defying Acts (PG)

Visually stunning romantic thriller about magic and inescapable love.

During the last year of his life, whilst touring Scotland in 1926, legendary escapologist Harry Houdini issues a challenge to all psychics to tell him the last words his mother spoke to him before she died.

An FFC Australia/BBC Films co-production starring Guy Pearce, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Timothy Spall and Saoirse Ronan (Oscar-nominated for her role in Atonement).

Directed by Gillian Armstrong.

Plus Lancashire Coast (1957, colour), a British Transport Film shown by kind permission of the BFI.

The evening entertainment includes;
