Burglary at warehouse in Loughborough

Police are appealing for witnesses following the report of a burglary at a warehouse in Loughborough.
The incident happened between 5pm on Saturday August 22 and 8am on Monday August 24, when police received a call from a member of staff who had found the premises, Hancocks cash and carry warehouse on Hockey Close, had been broken into.
Upon entering the warehouse it was found that suspects had forced entry through a door to the premises. They had then made a search of the warehouse causing damage to offices inside.
Taken from the warehouse were three trailers and three tractors. One of the trailers has the words “Pucker Powder” on it (see picture above) and is the only trailer in the country to have this.
PC Chris Hughes, the officer investigating the incident, said: “The theft of these vehicles and the damage caused to the warehouse is going to cost the owner a substantial amount of money and we are appealing to anyone with information to contact us.
“If you have seen any of the trailers or tractors since the incident, or know someone who has acquired any of the vehicles in suspicious circumstances then we would like to hear from you.
“Were you in the Hockey Close area between Saturday August 22 and Monday August 24? Did you see anyone acting suspiciously? Did you see the trailers leaving the warehouse? Any information you have, although it may seem small, could help us with our investigation.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact PC 2013 Chris Hughes on 0116 222 2222, follow the instructions to leave a message for an officer and when prompted key in his identification number 2013. Alternatively, contact Crimestoppers, which is free* and anonymous, on 0800 555 111.
