Police in Loughborough are appealing for witnesses after a bicycle was stolen.

The incident happened at around 8.30pm on Sunday September 20, 2009 when the bike was stolen from outside an address on Maple Road.

The bike is described as a GT Avalanche bike. It is grey, black and silver in colour and valued at around £400.

Officers are keen to speak to three youths in connection with the incident. They have been described as white and aged between 10 and 14-years-old.

PC Glen Reid, from Loughborough local policing unit said: "We want to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and saw the incident take place.

“We would also like to speak to anyone who has information on the whereabouts of the bicycle. Have you been offered one for sale? Do you know someone who as recently acquired a bike matching this description? If you have any information please get in touch."
