Campaign tackles sticky problem

Areas blighted by people dropping gum have seen a reduction in the sticky problem.
In September Charnwood Borough Council and the Chewing Gum Action Group (CGAG) teamed up in a bid to reduce the amount of gum being dropped in 10 busy areas across the borough.
Posters warning offenders they were not only blighting the areas by dropping gum - but would also be fined
