Reed Takes Up Train Ticket Complaints

Loughborough MP Andy Reed has this week taken up a number of complaints he received from angry and confused customers boarding trains in Barrow and Sileby.
New ticket machines recently introduced only take cash at both stations. Now when passengers board the trains apart from paying cash at the machine, they then additionally have to exchange their ticket for a voucher, which is causing some confusion.
