Here's a 2 day slim down workout that'll help you to lose weight fast and easy. I'll leave out diet suggestions since I'm sure you already know what's good and not so good to eat. This workout will revolve around just 2 simple exercises you can do at home.
2 Day Slim Down - Lose Weight Fast and Easy
1. This is an adjusted workout. That means that you don't have to do it all at once. This is a big key on how to speed up your metabolism... multiple mini-workouts.
So with that said... jump on a mini-trampoline.
This is the perfect tool for weight loss if you're a busy woman who can't spare the time to drive to a gym all the time. Now, what I don't want you to do is to do 1 long workout with this exercise. Instead, break it up into 2 minute workouts.
Before I continue, if you're wondering how much does a mini-trampoline cost... it costs about $25 at Wal-Mart.
Ok now, place your mini-trampoline in the living room. This makes it hard to forget. Then just jump on it whenever for a few minutes at a time. Your whole goal is to get in 30 minutes a day. But when you do it for just 1-2 minutes at a time, that becomes easy to fit into your schedule.
But 1 thing... don't stress about it. Just do it whenever. Don't mentally even count how many times you've done it and how many times more you need to do it to get to 30 minutes. Just forget about it. Let it become a real habit naturally.
Next up... hula hooping.
This exercise is more to tone than it is for weight loss... however trust me, it helps with weight loss too. It just isn't as fast as jumping on a mini-trampoline.
But if you're looking for a toned waist and hips... use the hula hoop. My suggestion... 10 minutes a day. It may take some time to get use to hula hooping. So you can start with 5 minutes a day. After awhile, boost it up to 10 minutes.
Again, you can do this for 1 or 2 minutes at a time.
A dramatic 2 day slim down will be hard, however if you incorporate the mini-trampoline and hula hooping... you'll lose weight fast and easy over the next few weeks.

1. Mini-trampoline jumping
This exercise works the whole body and you don't need to do it for 15-30 minutes straight like exercises at the gym (treadmill, elliptical, stairstepper). The greatest way to lose weight from this is using it as a "METABOLISM BOOSTER" by doing it for 2 minutes every so often.
So its perfect if you're busy. When you're at home, just jump on it during 2 minute TV commercials. You do watch TV, don't ya? Awesome... I give you permission to enjoy watching TV, however use at least 10 of those commercials to jump on the mini-trampoline. You get a full workout (20 minutes) and you do it in mini-workout fashion... which helps boost your metabolism (how fast your body burns calories) even more than when you do your whole workout all at once.
2. For body toning, focus on hula hooping
This will tone the waist and hips better than pretty much any other exercise. If you're a woman who is looking for a nice feminine waistline, you gotta do some hula hooping. It's quick and easy... and yields incredible toning results.
I have 2 suggestions... get a bigger than normal hula hoop and make sure it's weighted. This makes it easierto use. Then go about hula hooping for 10 minutes everyday. Probably you can do something like a minute on the mini-trampoline and follow it up with 1 minute of hula hooping during commercials.
