Obviously we all are judged by our looks. We can't stop that simple fact. So we might as well look as good as we possibly can. One of the greatest ways for women to get attention-getting feminine curves is to reduce your waist size. This helps to make your boobs look bigger and give your hips a nice hour glass look to them.

So here are 2 exercises that'll reduce your waist size rather quickly.

1. Vacuum Pose

If you want to know the greatest exercise to do that takes inches off your waist, this is the one. My clients average about 1.75 inches lost in less than 1 month with this exercise alone.

You do it by sucking in your belly, focusing on your belly button. So suck in your navel and not your upper belly area. Suck it in as much as possible and then hold it for 15-60 seconds. Keep the tension. Then exhale, rest briefly, then repeat.

To lose 1.75 inches in less than a month, you'll need to do this 5 minutes a day. I've had clients do this 15-20 minutes a day and lose 3 inches from their waists.

2. Hula Hooping

Who would've thought that a $3 hula hoop would be such a great piece of equipment to reduce the size of your waist. But it is. It does an incredible job of toning your waist and hips to giveyou a belly dancer's type of body. Do for 5-10 minutes a day.

If you were to do these 2 exercises consistently for a month as outline above, you should reduce your waist size by around 2 inches minimum.

Exercise #1: Weighted hula hooping

Well, if you want that, you can mimic their belly dancing movements with hula hooping.

Be sure to get a weighted hula hoop to make it easier for you. This way it won't fall to the ground so easily. Then simply get it spinning around your waist.

10 minutes a day is enough. Expect to see some big improvements in your belly and hips within 17 days. I personally hula hoop for 1-2 minutes at a time during tv commercials.

Exercise #2: If you don't care about weight loss, do isometric vacuum poses to lose about 2 inches from your waist

This is a pure waist reducing exercise. Just suck in your navel area and hold it for anywhere from 10-30 seconds. Keep doing this for a total of 5 minutes a day... minimum. Do it more and you'll get quicker and better results.

Justplease note... it's the lower abs that you're sucking in. The area where your navel is. Again, you'll lose 2 inches in a month or less from doing this exercise for 5 minutes a day... everyday. I have hundreds of client testimonials that prove this out.

1. Focus 5 minutes a day on doing the Vacuum Pose

You probably never heard of that name before, however you're familiar with the exercise. It's merely sucking in your stomach and holding it. Just 1 thing... when doing this, suck in and hold your belly button... the lower belly.

I'm sure you've sucked in your belly before, however you probably sucked in the upper part. Don't focus on that with this exercise.

Anyway, you can suck in and hold your stomach for 15-30 seconds at a time, rest a few seconds, then repeat for 5 minutes. You can also spread it out during the day. I use tv commercials personally.

2. Use a hula hoop for waist size reduction

Hula hooping is an overlooked exercise. That's too bad because it's awesome at creating incredible definition in the waist and hips. A nice feminine definition that gives women a curvy, yet lean, look.

Just do it for 5 minutes a day. Again, you can spread it out or do it all at once. It's up to you and how busy your schedule is.

3. Once you geta small definition, do isometric abs squeezes

These are great for finishing off your waist to make it look as flat and lean as possible. What you do is tighten and squeeze your abs for 15 seconds on and off for a few minutes a day. That's it.
