1. Mini-trampoline jumping

First, a mini-trampoline only costs $25. This is a great tool for many reasons. You can do it at home. It works the whole body. And... the greatest way to use it is 2 minutes at a time. This speeds up the metabolism a lot faster than one longer workout.

So how can you save a bunch of time with this. Simple, you do it during TV commercials. This saves you the drive to and from the gym, saves you from having to schedule a massive chunk of time to just workout. Why not workout while doing something else... like watching TV.

Listen, a typical 1 hour TV show has 20-22 minutes of commercials. Wasted time. Make that productive time and you can not only enjoy watching TV, however you can get a workout in... as well as saving a massive chunk of time you would've otherwise used to workout.

2. Hula hooping

If you're a woman and you don't hula hoop, you're missing out on one of the greatest exercises to sculpt and tone the whole waist and hips area. If you want the feminine, curvy lean look of a belly dancer, this isthe exercise to do. Just do 10 minutes a day of it. Again, you can do this during TV commercials.

Obviously we all are judged by our looks. We can't stop that simple fact. So we might as well look as good as we possibly can. One of the greatest ways for women to get attention-getting feminine curves is to reduce your waist size. This helps to make your boobs look bigger and give your hips a nice hour glass look to them.

So here are 2 exercises that'll reduce your waist size rather quickly.

1. Vacuum Pose

If you want to know the greatest exercise to do that takes inches off your waist, this is the one. My clients average about 1.75 inches lost in less than 1 month with this exercise alone.

You do it by sucking in your belly, focusing on your belly button. So suck in your navel and not your upper belly area. Suck it in as much as possible and then hold it for 15-60 seconds. Keep the tension. Then exhale, rest briefly, then repeat.

To lose 1.75 inches in less than a month, you'll need to do this 5 minutes a day. I've had clients do this 15-20 minutes a day and lose 3 inches from their waists.

2. Hula Hooping

Who would've thought that a $3 hula hoop would be such a great piece of equipment to reduce the size of your waist. But it is. It does an incredible job of toning your waist and hips to giveyou a belly dancer's type of body. Do for 5-10 minutes a day.

If you were to do these 2 exercises consistently for a month as outline above, you should reduce your waist size by around 2 inches minimum.

Hip Exercise - Hula Hooping

I consider hula hooping to be the greatest exercise you can do to tone and firm the hips and belly region in a way that your waist and hips look incredibly feminine and natural. I've seen women with lean stomachs and hips, however they just didn't look right. They were doing exercises that created a less feminine figure. I'm sure that's not what you want.

You don't have to worry about that with hula hooping. Get yourself a weighted hula hoop. Then just mess around with it. Twirl it around for a minute here and there. Do that multiple times a day so that you can get in at least 10 minutes each and every day and you're on your way to getting some sexy hips and tight, feminine abs.

Bonus Exercise

Isometric Abs Squeezes

This exercise is great for getting FEMININE definition in your abs. Just squeeze and tighten the abs. Then hold on and off for 10 seconds. Do this for a couple of minutes each day. If you think about it, you can easily do 4 minutes of this in just 2 tv commercials.What's stopping you?

So what is that, a total of about 14 minutes each day. That's nothing if you do these during a few commercials. At the very least, at least try the hula hooping hip exercise and prove me wrong... you won't!
