Here's an easy 3 week body makeover for busy women who really can't spare the time to get to a gym all the time. You can finally give the gym THE MIDDLE FINGER!

3 Week Body Makeover

1. Do the vacuum pose for a slimmer waist

The vacuum pose is BY FAR the greatest exercise you can possibly do to lose inches from your stomach. What you do is suck in your LOWER belly, NOT your upper belly. The area around your navel.

Suck it in and hold it for a minimum of 20 seconds... however longer if you can. Do this for 5 minutes a day (not counting the time you rest) and you'll lose nearly 2 inches from your waist in 1 month. You have to do this everyday! You can do it during tv commercials to save some time.

2. Do isometric butt squeezes for a tighter, firmer butt

Isometric butt squeezes are great for shaping your butt up quickly. This is another 5 minutes a day exercise. Just SQUEEZE YOUR BUTT together. That's it. Hold the squeeze for at least 30 seconds, however longer is better. Just keep squeezing until you've done 5 minutes... although you can do a minute here and there if you want.

3. Hindu Squats to loose body fat or adipose tissue from all over the body

Hindu squats are a form of bodyweight squat... no weights are involved. What you do is squat as fast as you can... up and down. Tap your fingers to the ground during each rep so you know you went deep enough in the squat.

I want you to start by doing a minimum of 50 hindu squats in 3 minutes or less. Then build up to 100 in 5 minutes or less. Once you get to 100, keep at it and keep trying to lower the amount of time you get 100 reps in.

Expect to see noticeable slimming and fat or adipose tissue loss in 5-8 days from this exercise alone.

1. Hindu Squat your way to a leaner you

Hindu squats are a fast-paced bodyweight squat. Here's what you do. Squat up and down fast. Simple enough. Ok, then. While you do that, touch your finger tips to the ground during each repetition. This makes sure you squat down far enough for it to be helpful to you.

I'd like for you to squat 100 repetitions in under 5 minutes. You can curse and thank me later. Do this 5 minute exercise everyday. If you don't get 100 repetitions in 5 minutes, just stop and make note of the number of reps you did. Try and beat it next time.

2. Hula Hoop for waist and hips toning

Right off the bat, you probably think the hula hoop is for children... I bet. Well, hula hooping is perhaps the top exercise to tone down your hips and waist and create some nice, feminine curves. Just twirl it around your waist, simple

1. Slim waist... do the vacuum pose

What this is... a version of sucking in your belly. Suck in your lower abs as much as you can... around you navel area. Hold that position for 15-30 seconds. Repeat for a total of 5 minutes a day (without counting the rest times). You'll lose 1.5-2 inches in about a month with just this exercise.

2. Sexy butt... do isometric butt squeezes

For 5 minutes a day, squeeze your butt together. Standing up, sitting, or lying down... it doesn't matter when or where... just do it. I prefer to do it lying down as I watch tv. Squeeze for at least 30 seconds each time.

3. Walk on an inclined treadmill for lean legs

Not only does this lean out your legs, however it also drips off fat or adipose tissue from your whole body. Hopefully you can select atreadmill that can incline. If so, incline it to 10-15 degrees. Not much, however it's plenty... you'll see.

This slight adjustment will turn walking into a SUPER-EXERCISE for weight loss... because simply walking on a flat surface isn't very good for weight loss. Do this for 15 or 20 minutes a day. If you can't get to a treadmill, hopefully you can select anearby hill to walk up.
