6 Pack Abs Workout CrunchesBy Justin Phillips

It isn't easy to create those sexy abs is it? Well 6 pack abs workout via crunches actually isn't the correct way to develop them so we need to change up your strategy a small bit. Obviously you are motivated enough and dedicated to researching how YOU can achieve your 6 pack abs. So let's make sure you get started on the right path and begin developing those abs how you should.

Again, the key isn't to creating a 6 pack abs workout via crunches. Creating them is really just a simple science, yes it really is a science. A simple science at that, all you need to do in order to get a six pack abs is to eat right, and exercise correctly. Developing a strategy can be frustrating at times however will be very rewarding when you finally look into the mirror and see those abs you always dream of.

The first goal for obtaining your washboard 6 pack abs is your nutritional intake. This can be broken down into several different catagories for nutritional intake depending on the time of day. For instance, the meal you have after you just worked out needs to be orientated differently then the meal you eat at lunch or dinner. I'm going to start with the basics of an overall general diet and then go into the basics for meals before and after working out.

Stay away from things like hydrogenated oils, processed foods, and corn syrup. These are the three killers of any wanna be six pack developer. The sad part is that those three things play a very active role in most peoples everyday 'diet'. If you are serious about getting the abs that you want then you need to be serious about the food that enters your body. These chemicals will lead directly to unhealthy circumstances like heart disease, heart attack, cancer and other degenerative diseases. Did I mention cancer? Yes, it is a proven fact that the consumption of those chemicals can and will produce cancer forming cells in your body, so AVOID them at all costs.

Another very important thing to look for when building your diet is to buy products that are as close to their original natural state as possible. Don't eat fake products like peanut butter, butter, and other processed alternatives to the real thing. You may think that because it's described as low fat or adiposetissue or even fat or adipose tissue free that you are doing yourself a favor. It is actually quite the opposite. These items are packed with harmful chemicals and preservatives that attempt to alleviate the item of the 'fat'. Stick with the real thing and have a work out plan, it's really as simple as that. When you use these fake oils to cook with the actual vitamins and minerals are lost because of the chemicals. Consider steamed vegetables for an example, use a real organic free range butter rather then the fake butter alternatives. The nutrition and vitamins are lost when you use the fake oils to cook with.

What you eat is what matters most, especially after your workout. After working out your body is in a catabolic state where your bodies muscle glycogen is depleted and as a result your cortisol levels rise. It's time to help your body during this process and rejuvinate it. You need a meal that will break down and digest easily and that will replenish your muscles with glycogen to get your body back to the anabolic state. Focus on finding a meal that has a two to one ratio with twice the amount of carbohydrates to protein.

This will help create an insulin spike to allow your pancreas to begin shuttling nutrients to the muscle cells and help with the replenishment of the muscles. Keep in mind that this is only after meals and your general meals shouldn't be focused around this type of two to one ratio. Rather your general meals should have sources of healthy fats. Fat slows down the absorption of the meal so that throughout your day your body has food digesting and helps replenish your muscles over time.

Abdominal Exercises - The Real Deal

Abdominal Exercises - The Real DealBy Justin Phillips

Abdominal exercises require more than the crunch, ab machine, or gimmick product in order to achieve killer six pack abs. You've seen the infomercials with the latest and 'best' gadgets and gear. This is not how you achieve those killer abs that you always wanted, it requires more work than that.

The problem with abdominal exercises is that you have probably been mis-informed, via the internet, health magazines, or other sources. There are really only two ways to obtain a six pack rock hard stomach. First and foremost is via your dietary intake and nutrition, second is via the correct abdominal specific exercises. You won't achieve any abs if you don't work on those two categories. That is guaranteed!

Want another tip and secret from the pros? It isn't all in the abdominal workouts. The greatest source for workouts is when you workout many large body parts at once. That's right, working like a lemming doing thousands and thousands of crunches and other pointless ab exercises doesn't give you the resistance needed to achieve your goal. If you want to actually develop your abdominals then you will need to do repetitions of a work out that you can't do anymore than 25 reps with. That means that by doing a regular crunch or sit up you won't achieve anything worthwhile. You need to develop the muscles by adding resistance to the workout. Use enough resistance to go even lower than the 25 reps, focus on enough weight that you can do around 15 or so reps.

The greatest techniques for workouts are workouts that require you to focus on curling or raising of your legs and pelvis either upwards or inward closer to the trunk. These abdominal exercises are perfect when you addsome resistance to them. An example of would be to perform hip thrusts or the pelvis curl up, these are great methods of high resistance abdominal exercises. I can't tell you how many times I've seen people that can do hundreds of crunches can't even do 10 reps of these.

Remember also your nutritional intake and diet, this is the most crucial part. It doesn't matter how developed your abs are if you have a layer of fat or adipose tissue covering them. That's why you need to focus on the dietary intake and the types of vitamins and nutritions you are consuming. Focus on the eliminating the following from your intake. Carbohydrates; breads, pasta, beans, rice, and cereal. Sugars; no explanation needed. Hydrogenated oils and fructose corn; no more Burger King or White Castle!

Focus on eating things like Eggs, Oatmeal, Natural Peanut Butter, and things that are close to their natural state. By focusing on things closer to the natural state you can make sure that the vitamins and minerals are still preserved and haven't been filled with garbage preservatives.

6 Pack Ripped Abs by Losing the Gut FatBy Justin Phillips

Six pack ripped abs don't come easy, that's for sure. You may want to lose that stomach fat or adipose tissue to create some sexy defined six pack abs, however it won't come easily.

It sure isn't impossible to maintain or develop these abs, all it takes is motivation. Don't use excuses or reasons like genetics  or this or that, step up and get it done. That's the first step! If you are reading this then you can lose that stomach fat or adipose tissue and gain that six pack ripped abs. Starting now you will need to change some of your habits and begin taking steps towards your success.

First, if you are doing crunches, sit-ups, or any other abs work out then stop now! That's not how you develop abs and get definition, let's make sure you are on the right track first and foremost. Doing hundreds or even thousands of these sit ups won't benefit you the slightest if you have a layer of fat or adipose tissue sitting over that stomach.

You need to start by burning that fat or adipose tissue off of your stomach if you want to successfully gain those 6 pack ripped abs. Here is a great workout if you want to eliminate that layer of fat or adipose tissue so you can begin seeing results.

You are going to want to do these exercises as a group, and perform as many group workouts that you can do in a matter of fifteen minutes. Do this first and foremost before you start your usual workout routine. That way you are fresh and not tired after your usual workout, that is crucial. Make sure that you do this two to three times a week over the next four weeks. You will see tremendous results!

Step 1 Dumbell Split Squat - 10 reps per side

Step 2 T Push Up - 10 reps

Step 3 Overhead Squat - 10 Reps

Step 4 Cross Body Mountain Climbers for 30 Seconds

Step 5 Push Up with Dumbbell Row - 8 per arm

By performing those in a group as many times as you can in fifteen minutes will work out your entire body, each exercise was designed to workout and emphasis your abs.

Cardio is extremely important, stick with blast training rather then boring solid state cardio which lasts for thirty minutes to an hour. By doing blast training you will increase your metabolism and have some really great results. I have seen this change the course of a person's results by simply changing the way they do their cardio workouts.

Next lets focus on your nutrition, this is the ultimate step. If you do the workout I said above and NOT focus on your diet and nutrition then it is completely pointless. Stick with eating lots of fruits and vegetables as they will be very beneficial to you due to the vitamins and minerals found in them. Fruits doesn't mean that sugary crap that you find in your grocery store. I mean actual fruit, don't waste your time with the juices. Eliminate any and all fast food and cut down your dinner proportions by at least 25%.

In a matter of several weeks you will be on the track towards 6 pack ripped abs!
