The third great exerciseis the crunch. Balancing on anything sturdy with your hands, simply bring your feet up as far as possible towards your waist before going back to the starting position. Complete eight to twenty repetitions.

Step 3: How to lose your love handles effectively also comes down to eating sensibly. Limit bad meals to two or three times only a week out of all of your meals. Eat a salad, vegetables or fruit with each meal. Drink four to six glasses of H2O a day. Have a handful of seeds, nuts or another wholesome snack in between, if needed.
