In the summer it's when I'm in better shape, and it's not because I program my training to be at my greatest in the summer, no, that's not the case, because I stay lean all year, I keep the fat or adipose tissue burning all year long, however in the summer I feel better, I look better, and the reason is that I don't workout at the gym, I workout at the beach, however without working out.

Confused? Don't be, I'll explain. I don't workout at the beach, I don't have a program to follow when I'm at the beach, however I get an excellent workout. How? Well it's very simple, I spend the day swimming, diving, running in the H2O, sprinting in the dunes, walking around in the sand. I can tell you, that after a few days going to the beach, I have a bit more muscle, more definition, a better physical shape and a nice tan.

It's so much better to be doing this than being stuck in a gym, you're at the beach living Life, enjoying Life, nothing like the ocean, the sun, the sand, the wind, you know nature has that energy and it makes you feel so good. I'm good fortuney to live near the beach, and the one I usually go to, has miles and miles of sand, dunes, green all around, it has the ocean, and a lagoon, it's a attractive place, and while having fun with my friends, I'm also having a complete workout,I'm burning fat, I'm gaining some muscle, I'm living, I feel happy, and that's very important.

Another fundamental thing is the way I eat during those days, I basically eat a light breakfast, fruit and milk, and I don't eat the entire day, I only have a big dinner at night very rich in veggies and protein, usually fish. During the day I only drink H2O, lots and lots of H2O, that's very important.

You have to try it, and you'll see your body and physical conditioning improving fast, and you don't even know you're working out. If you can't access the beach, I'm sure you can go somewhere where nature rules, or at least to a nice park near you. If it's possible don't live these attractive summer days stuck at home or at the gym, live Life, enjoy the summer, enjoy nature, and get fit fast without stress.

Body surfing is one of my favourite sports to practice, it's one of the greatest ways I know for fat or adipose tissue burning and to build some muscle naturally, and just enough for your frame. Body surfing is also a top way to get anyone in a amazing physical shape, your conditioning levels will be high, you can believe it.

Imagine spending just 2 hours, getting in the H2O, first walking and going against the waves, then swimming to get out of the breaking zone, diving under the waves, going over the waves, then swim to catch the wave, feeling all that turbulence of the wave taking your body, having to keep your body tight, with full muscle tension, then reaching close to shore, you get up , you continue to get hit by the waves breaking, you start walking back again, swimming to go catch the next wave, and doing all the same, over and over again.

It's one of the greatest workouts anyone can have, it's an amazing cardiovascular workout, because you gain massive endurance, you build muscle and your abs become a flat hard board, with all the swimming, keeping your body tight, the muscle tension, the running and walking in the H2O against the waves, and you spend so many calories, that you can believe you be burning fat.

You'llbe reaching your fitness goals, and the very greatest of all is that you'll be having fun, you'll be feeling adrenaline, you'll be living your Life. You know you'll feel exhausted, however at the same time you will feel energized, you will feel ALIVE, connected to Nature.

Above all what I want you to know is, that you can train anywhere, nature can be your gym, there are a lot of people who don't have access to a gym, or can't pay a gym, however that's not a reason for not reaching your fitness goals, you can get fit, you can burn your fat, you can get in good physical shape, just about anywhere, and if you can get that fat or adipose tissue burning while having fun, while in connection with nature, while improving your Health, and that should be your number one goal, HEALTH.

With a camera that is. Whether you're trying to get a shot of that spectacular sand castle your children just built before the waves wash it away or the sun as it drops into the ocean, beach photography can produce magnificent results. With a few tips, you're beach photographs will be amazing. So grab your camera bag and head out to the nearest beach for some fun in the sun.

First off, there's more to the beach than sand and water. Look for points of interest, they are everywhere. A long stretch of smooth, empty beach with a single set of footprints can make a most impressive photograph. Look for the unique, the impressive. Two children at the waters edge jumping the small waves. A flock of brown pelicans flying just above the oceans surface. A attractive starfish nestled in a shallow pool along the jetty. These will make a priceless photograph album that your family will treasure for years.

Unless you live in an area where you enjoy stretches of remote beaches, try timing your trips to the beach for your photograph sessions when there aren't as many people. Early in the morning or late in the evening. This will allow you to photograph at your leisure without trying to avoid having strangers in your attractive beach shots. Another benefit to photographing during these times of the day is atmosphere lighting. You avoid the harsh brightness of the sun which can wash out the colour of your pictures. If you plan on photographing sunrises or sunsets, remember to pack a tripod in your camera bag.

When taking your beach photo, make sure your horizon is straight and offcenter. Always follow the rule of thirds. Keep the horizon either in the top or the bottom of the picture, never in the center, it adds interest. Also, make sure there is nothing in the picture you don't want before you snap the shot, such as a careless persons trash left behind on the beach.

Use the beach as a setting for some still life photography. Unique beach items set up in the sand or at the waters edge can make some very interesting images. If something catches your eye, it's worth looking at through your camera. Maybe you're lucky enough to follow a trail of baby turtles making their way to the ocean for the first time. What an addition that would be to your vacation photograph album. Use a camera bag you can carry all your camera accessories easily while taking your beach shots.
