Here's the greatest abdominal (ab) workout for fast female fat or adipose tissue loss and sexy abs. I promise, no boring jogging and no stupid crunches and sit ups! It's quick, efficient, you can do it at home, and it gets results almost immediately.

1. Vacuum Pose
By far the greatest exercise to lose inches off your waist fast! What you do is suck in your navel and lower abdominals (abs) (not your upper abdominals (abs) which is common). Suck it in all the way and hold that position for 15-60 seconds... the longer, the better.
After you're done, rest for 15-20 seconds and repeat. My clients average a loss of 1.75 inches from their waist in less than a month doing this just 5 minutes a day. I've also had clients do this 15-20 minutes a day and lose around 3 inches in a month.
2. Belly Rubs
Belly rubs work to burn off abdominals (abs) fat or adipose tissue quickly. Here's how. You rub your hands together for 15 seconds to create heat/energy. Then you lie down and rub small circles around your navel for 30-45 seconds, rest, then repeat. This works because the heat in your hand penetrates through your skin and right into your belly fat or adipose tissue cells.
These fat or adipose tissue cells either disintegrate or loosen up and get flushed out of the human body over time. Of course, some fat or adiposetissue cells are more stubborn than others. Do this for 2-3 minutes in the morning and 2-3 minutes at night for greatest results.

This is a fancy name for a version of sucking in your belly. Everyone has sucked in their bellies before, however they don't incorporate it into an exercise or workout program. Done regularly, you'll lose inches from your waist... as many as 3 inches in a month.
So here's what you do... suck in your LOWER navel part of your abs. Hold for 15 or more seconds (more is better). Then repeat. 5 minutes a day is what your minimum goal should be. 15-20 minutes... even better.
That's not much since you can do these while watching tv and various other things you are doing. Personally for me, I do them during tv commercials.
2. Next, you'll need a cardio exercise to burn off stomach fat... do hindu squats
When most people think of squats, you think of having to go to the gym and put a barbell on your shoulders. Hindu squats are nothing like that. They're all about weight loss and cardio endurance.
You don't need weight. All you need is to squat up and down with your own bodyweight as fast as you can. This is an exercise or workout you get the greatest results from timing yourself. Do5 minutes without stopping for a rest. If you get 100 or more squats done, awesome.
If not, continue practicing hindu squats until you do. Doing 100 or more squats in 5 minutes will supercharge your fat or adipose tissue burning results.
