Here's the deal. First, a mini-trampoline costs somewhere in the neighborhood of $25. A lot cheaper than a gym membership. Plus you save driving time and gas money. So you're already ahead there.
Second, the convenience factor (it's right there at home) makes it so you'll workout more often. It's no longer a headache to schedule a workout. Add up the time driving to and from the gym and your workout there. Probably well over an hour.

It's really quite simple. All you do is jump on it 2 minutes at a time during TV commercials. Heck, I'm actually telling you it's good to watch TV for weight loss. 2. 30-60 second jump roping
