Here are some of the greatest exercises to reduce belly fat or adipose tissue quickly. Some are hard, some are easy. They're all simple. If you want to say BYE-BYE to belly fat, then this article is what you need... whether you like it or not!
Best Exercises to Reduce Belly Fat
1. Isometric "suck in your belly" vacuum pose
Don't think such exercises like sit ups and crucnhes are good for your abs. They have their place, however if you want to get rid of fat, they are useless since they only deal with the abdominal muscles.
Instead, the vauum pose goes deeper into the structure of your abdominal wall. It actually shrinks it. All you do is suck in your lower belly and hold it for 15-25 seconds. Rest and repeat it often... for up to 5 minutes a day. 10 minutes is even better.
I have hundreds of clients who lose 1.5 up to 3 inches from their bellies just doing this. Nothing else! So try it out and see for yourself.
2. Isometric Plank
This is another great exercise that nobody is doing. Get on your hands and knees. Now spread your legs out like you're in pushup position. Now get on your forearms. So only your forearms and toes are touching the ground.
Great!
Now stay in that position for as long as possible. It's called the plank because you look like a plank. Do this for a few minutes each day.
3. Ab Wheel
Thosecrazy ab wheels actually work. Why people made fun of them, I don't know. But all fitness professionals swear by them. Just go buy one and start rolling it out in front of you. I suggest you do 10-20 reps each day for greatest results.

1. The Plank
The plank is an isometric exercise that gives incredible tension to the whole abdominal region. Here's what you do...
Get on your hands and toes in push up position. Next, lie your forearms on the ground and remain in push up position so that now only your forearms and toes are touching the ground. Now hold that position for as long as you can. Repeat 3 times.
2. You'll need to do cardio to lose belly fat, for that I suggest you do Hindu Squats
If you don't know what they are, they're nothing more that squats without weights. The big difference between these squats and squats with weights is you're doing these as fast because they're for weight loss.
All you do, squat fast. To be sure you aren't cheating by not going down deep enough in the squat, I strongly urge you to swipe your finger tips to the ground with each passing repetition. You can't touch the ground if you didn't go down far enough.
The greatest way to do these is to go non-stop for 5 minutes... or with as few rest times as possible. If you rest, just make it for 5-10 seconds.
To get the most out of these, you'll need to average at least 20 squats for each minute. So 100 for 5 minutes... minimum.This is a simple exercise, however it's not easy.
When you can do 100 in 5 minutes, you'll be burning off quite a lot of fat or adipose tissue from all over your body... especially your belly, thighs, and butt.

You've seen that $10-15 gizmo from the 1990's. It actually does work to tone the abs. Again, it has to do with the isometric tension. All you do is grab the handles and roll it out in front of you while you're in the push-up position. Then you role it back. It's harder than you thought.
But the good news is that you only need to do a total of 25 repetitionseach day. That is enough to start seriously toning your abs.
