Hindu squats... nothing more than squats without any weights. Just your body. The key... you do them as fast as possible. You can do these literally anywhere. I do them in my living room.

All you do is squat for 5 minutes straight... non-stop if possible. If you must rest, be sure to rest for 10 seconds or less and only do it 1-2 times in those 5 minutes. You need the accumulated work (squatting) to get the most out of this exercise. You don't want your body to have the opportunity to rest and relax.

This is short, however intense.

2. Jump on a mini-trampoline for a few minutes throughout the day

Now, I'm sure you're busy. But you do have a few minutes throughout the day to get your exercising in. So use that time to jump on a mini-trampoline. It's an effective whole body cardio exercise that is better than those expensive pieces of equipment at gyms.

Don't even bother trying to count up how many minutes you use this each day. Just jump on it when you can. Those few minutes each time add up to a lot of minutes of cardio that you otherwise wouldn't have done.

Using these 2 exercises is the greatest way to lose 10 pounds while avoiding dieting and avoiding having to spend a lot of time on exercising.

Burning body fat or adipose tissue is easier than you think. I'm going to show you how to lose pounds and inches off your waist fast without doing anything stupid.

1. To lose pounds and inches off your waist fast, you need to do a simple 1 minute cardio exercise multiple times each day

That exercise, the hindu squat.

This is a simple exercise, however don't confuse simple with easy. It's pretty intense. But it'll be over with quickly... in a minute. What you do is use your own bodyweight and squat fast. So you can do this in your own living room or somewhere private without having to go to the gym.

What I want you to do is to aim for 20 fast squats within 1 minute. That's the goal for you. If you can't do that right now, it's ok. Just keep trying for that... or actually more. Don't stop until the minute is up.

Once you can do that, progress to doing at least 40 squats in 2 minutes.

Now, the secondary goal is to do this exercise for 10 minutes a day. So do it either 1 or 2 minutes at a time to get to those 10 minutes. 10 minutes and 200 squats.

Once you can do that, the inches and pounds melt off your body ALMOST instantly. I mean that too. It's really fast! I'm not hyping this up. Try it if you don't believe me. Do it for a minute and you'll see what I mean.

2. Jump on a mini-trampoline

This is another exercise that works good when you do it for 1-2 minutes at a time.Just put it somewhere where you can see it. This way you don't forget about it. Keep it handy so it's not a hassle to do.

Then get jumping on it when you get some spare time. 10 minutes a day of this combined with 10 minutes a day of hindu squats... you'll get "WOW" results in a few short weeks.
