Burning Fat Four Times EffectivelyBy Edison Ryke

Eating right and exercising using the HITT system is a way of burning fat or adipose tissue effectively.

Eating right would mean that you should limit yourself from eating large intake of high calorie foods. You see, if you have a large intake of calories, Your body might not be able to burn them all for the day. So what happens, those unburned calories will be stored by your body as fats and will again add to the bulk of fats in your waistline or in some other parts of your body.

However, if you eat right, meaning you eat foods very low in calories, the activity that you do for the day like exercise, playing basketball or whatever, will make the calories you eat for the day insufficient to cover for the energy requirements that you need.

What happens is that your body will be forced to use the excess fats in your body which are your stored energy, to cover for the energy requirements that you used for the day. So, if you continue eating foods with very low calorie and continue your daily exercise and other sports activities, your body will have to continue using your stored fats until such time you will just realize that youhave no more fat or adipose tissue remaining in your body.

Losing Fat With a Hula HoopBy Edison Ryke

The hula hoop evokes childhood memories. If you ask me, I got my first black eye because of hula hoop when I was still a small boy fighting or sparing with another boy for the use of a hula hoop. Today, the hula hoop is making a great comeback not only for children however for adults to use as an exerciser, as well.

For women, the hula hoop can be one of the most effective forms of exercise to trim their waist line. Because of the constant gyration of their waist to make the hula hoop continue its circular motion around their body, women can be able to burn their excess fats especially and particulary in their waist line where the circular movement of their body is centered. Medical experts have noted that since your body movement is timed to the circular motion of the hula hoop, regular exercise of it can also enhance mind and body coordination.

Many women would find it difficult at first in learning to sustain the circular motion of the hula hoop. This would be natural for beginners since they have first to learn how to adopt their body movements to the hoop. Another reason for the difficulty will be of course the fats in their waistline. What is needed here is patience on the part of women to continuouslyaspire for the hula hoop to continue revolving around their bodies. Once they have mastered the art of the hula hoop by continuously gyrating their hips to prevent the hula hoop from falling down, they would just as soon be pleased to learn how much fats they have lost from their abdomen.

Indeed, hula hoop workout exercises is a superb way for women to lose those bulging excess fats in their abdominal area that makes them look unhealthy and unappealing. Besides, exercising with hula hoop is just like going back to their childhood days. Obviously, this would make for an enjoyable and memorable exercise. Don't you think?

Exercise Tips For Burning Calories

Exercise Tips For Burning CaloriesBy Lyne Doxley

These days, far too many people are far too sedentary in their lives. We eat too much fast food; we're tied to our computer, iPods, PlayStations, televisions, and so forth. It's no wonder we've an epidemic of obesity and weight-related health issues on the rise. So, it's no wonder that people are looking for exercises that can help them to burn off some of those unwanted calories.

Types of Exercise

So, let's start by defining the two different types of exercises you can do. First, there are aerobic exercises. The term means - with oxygen, and refers to the fact that oxygen has to be delivered to the muscles for them to carry out the physical activity. These are things like: walking, jogging, roller-blading, and just about any sports activity. The other is (rather obviously), activities that do not need oxygen going to the muscles, and are thus called anaerobic exercises. These are activities where you exert a short burst of energy, as is when you lift weights.

Putting the two together is the greatest way to burn calories. The aerobic exercises burn them right away, as you're doing them. With the anaerobic, they help to boost your metabolism (how fast your body burns calories) over time, and thus burn more calories. So, tip number one is to develop an exercise or workout program that combines the two.

Next, eat about three to four hours before exercising, and be sure to load up on carbohydrates. These are energy foods, and will assist and help you to workout. Also, the more fruit, bread, yogurt, and other healthy foods you can eat, the better. Avoid fried foods and fats as much as possible. You need energy to workout, however you don't want a lot of fat or adipose tissue in your system when you're trying to burn calories.

Keep up the Liquids

Another important consideration when exercising is liquids. Lots of people love (not the same as infatuation) energy drinks, however they are often high in refined sugars and calories. The greatest thing is plain old water. In fact, ice water (H20) is the greatest of all. Not only does it have no calories and it replenishes your body's fluids, however your body has to expend energy to warm it up. Thus, it help you to burn even more calories.
